Payment Terms

CANCELLATIONS

On agreement to contract with GRS as your Garden Room provider the customer hereby agrees to the terms of our payment schedule and cancellation policy.

Payments to GRS will be broken down into three stages:

1) First payment of 50% of full purchase price payable on signed agreement to proceed
with the build

2) Second payment of 40% of full purchase price due as cleared funds three weeks
prior to the agreed installation date

3) Third and final payment of 10% of full purchase price due on satisfactory completion

Outstanding balances can be made via bank transfer (evidence of transaction required)

Debit and credit cards payments can be made, please allow 4 days to clear.

Delays in payments may result in works being halted unless previously agreed. Works may not resume until payments have been received and cleared.

The customer will be liable for all costs incurred due to any non-payment which is outstanding according to previous financial agreements.

All goods and materials will remain the property of GRS until the full and final balance has been paid and cleared.

Should the customer decide to cancel through no fault of GRS at any time after the first payment of 50% has been made and before the second payment has been received then GRS will calculate a sum based on the amount that GRS has received from the Customer,
the amount GRS has paid out to suppliers at the time of cancellation as well as a cancellation fee.

GRS will endeavour to reclaim funds that can be refunded from suppliers, however GRS offers no guarantee on any funds being refunded after payments have already been made to suppliers. This calculation will be evidenced with billings and receipts.

The cancellation fee payable to GRS at this first stage will be 20% of the total build costs.

Should the Customer decide to cancel through no fault of GRS at any time after the second payment of 40% has been made and before the installation date then GRS shall retain the full amount of received funds to date.

Should GRS decide to cancel the build through no fault of the Customer then a full refund of received funds will be made.
